i found the grounds to be well maintained. there were many pools to choose from. the staff was polite. they went out of their way to serve me. the beach area was maintained well. the stretch of sea was fine.
the omelette station practices were concerning. the same utensils were used for meat and vegetarian items. pans were moved between stoves. i bit into an omelette containing meat. management felt dismissive when i raised the issue.

the pools were great for kids with slides we enjoyed a lot. we also played mini golf it was so fun. i really liked the ice cream it was tasty. the inclusive deal covered everything i needed.
the elevators were a bit unreliable i got stuck twice with my kids for about ten minutes. i mentioned it to reception but it did not seem to be a big deal for them. it was scary

the rooms have air conditioning and daily cleaning service, i stayed in a beautiful room and it was comfy. also there were bigger family rooms and suites with sea view available. there is no air conditioning in the corridors.
